有时抱歉似乎最难说出口，其实也不一定，尤其是在雅思G类考试当中。

　　注意这两封信函的开头和结尾有何不同。商业信函一般用Mr.开头，并通常与姓或名连在一起使用。而在私人信函中，直接称呼对方名字更为合适，也显得不那么拘谨。

　　信函结束语也有不同的语气。在给朋友的道歉信中，Sincerely比较常用;Yours truly在工作信函中较为常用。

　　此外，通过缩略语可以表达出更私人或者更有对话效果的语气(例如couldn’t, he’d, I’d)。在给朋友的道歉信中，用I’m really regretting that I couldn’t be there. 以及Hope you’ll forgive me 比较合适;在给老板的道歉信中，用I sincerely regret missing the activities. 以及Hope you understand the circumstances that led to my absence更好。
